Turnaround times
Every branded order starts when you approve your final artwork mockup. Most orders are produced in 6–8 business days after approval, then shipped — so most metro orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks of approval.

Check out online and send us your logo or artwork (upload it at checkout, or email it after).

We send a mockup
Our team prepares a digital mockup — usually within 1 business day of receiving your artwork.

You approve
Reply to approve or request changes. The clock starts when you give final approval.

We produce
Branding runs for the production time in the table below — typically 6–8 business days.

We dispatch & deliver
Tracked freight Australia-wide — usually 2–5 business days to metro areas, longer for regional and remote.

Unbranded orders
No artwork, no production queue — in-stock blank items usually dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Delivery
Tracked freight from dispatch: usually 2–5 business days to capital cities and metro areas, 5–10 for regional and remote addresses. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Good to know
- Times are counted in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) from your final artwork approval — not from when you place the order.
- Approvals received after 5 pm (Melbourne time) start the next business day.
- Very large quantities, busy periods (like the lead-up to Christmas) and stock that has to come from interstate can add time. If that applies to your order, we'll tell you on your mockup.
- Custom-manufactured (indent) products are a different process — usually 4–12 weeks — and we'll confirm the timing on your quote.
- Your confirmed dispatch date is on your mockup and production quote.
